calREDD™, California Real Estate Dynamic Data, is a service of the California MLS, Inc. (CALMLS) and a subsidiary of the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®   (C.A.R.). calREDD™ will serve as the statewide MLS in California.

The calREDD™ name reflects our long-term vision of creating one database with rich detail for all California real property, using advanced technology that goes far beyond current MLS systems.

To date associations of REALTORS® and MLS around the state representing more than 120,000 members have recognized the importance of a statewide MLS and have either joined calREDD™ or signed a statement of intent to participate in this critical endeavor.

Brokers and agents desiring to participate in calREDD™ should contact their current MLS to encourage them to join calREDD™.
