Rick Hoffman

As President and Chief Operating Officer of Coldwell Banker
Greater San Diego and Temecula, Hoffman is currently responsible for
the day to day operation, strategic planning and growth of the
company which currently operates 23 locations and has over 1,200
sales associates.
After selling his successful Coldwell Banker Associates
Realty in 2005 to NRT Incorporated, parent company of Coldwell
Banker Residential Brokerage, Hoffman served as senior vice
president of the firms Eastern San Diego and Temecula Valley
offices. In April of 2006, he was appointed President and
Chief Operating Officer of the company. Hoffman entered the
real estate business in 1975 after joining a brokerage firm in the
Scripps Ranch area of San Diego. In 1978, he founded ERA The
Property Store and operated that company until 1997. ERA The
Property Store was recognized as one of the 10 largest ERA companies
in the world. In 1996 the company was awarded the Gene Francis
Award in recognition of their successful operation.
In early 1997 Hoffman merged his company with Coldwell
Banker Associates Realty. After the merger the company grew to
14 residential real estate offices, a full service insurance
brokerage, an escrow company with seven locations, a creative design
and marketing department, a third party relocation department, a
full service mortgage company and a title insurance company.
Professionally, Hoffman is a member of the National
Association of REALTORS, California Association of REALTORS, and the
Southwest Riverside Association of REALTORS. In 2005, he
served as the Chairman of the Board of R.E.B.S. Also in 2005,
Hoffman was named Broker of the Year for 2004 for the San Diego
Association of REALTORS. Hoffman is a graduate of San Diegom State University and holds a
Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.

Beverly James

A native of San Luis Obispo Beverly knows the area well and has extensive experience in the real estate
industry. Beverly runs Landmark Company as a service business while using this
expertise. She enjoys working with buyers and sellers, and

Tom Carnahan has been a REALTOR® since
