I was so thankful after that last meeting I went to at the Board. The manager from shoreline spoke about what he liked and I took that information and implemented it and have had a far greater success with this new system that I ever could with Paragon. That map tool was exactly what I needed to get to KNOW all of the markets I am studying. Not being from Lake County, it has been very difficult for me to adapt to all of the different areas. I’ve slowly gotten my feet wet with cumbersome maps. CalREDD has changed that and I’m quickly becoming proficient in every marketplace I touch. I start with the map and finish with the map. I teach people who are getting my auto updates to look at the map tab and zoom in on the areas. I really really love it. When I do CMA’s, I can’t even explain how totally thankful I am for the map.

Being a Realtor ® has been tough….but over the past two months, because of that meeting and really forcing myself to utilize the map tool, my knowledge of the areas and confidence to list and find property outside my comfort zone has exploded.

CalREDD definitely has some kinks to work out. I can certainly understand the frustrations conveyed by members. I can’t maneuver the damn thing when I’m connected to an old monitor, but I would be very sad if we dumped the whole system altogether.”
